Derbyshire Baptist Church

Susan is a native Virginian – born and raised in Hopewell.  She returned to her roots in 1994 when she came to work at Derbyshire from Perimeter Church in Atlanta, Georgia.

Susan is the Pastor’s administrative assistant, and also provides support to staff ministers and deacons.  She maintains all the membership, wedding, birth, death, dedication, and baptism records.  She oversees the church’s calendar, and is contact person for weddings, funerals, and social events.  She writes and emails a weekly prayergram, along with an updated prayer list, to members and friends of Derbyshire.
