Welcome to Derbyshire Nursery School!

Derbyshire Nursery School provides excellent programs for children ages 3 through 5 years. In a loving, Christian environment, the children are given opportunities to grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually.  The school offers a variety of activities and materials to meet the developmental needs of each child.

 The well-qualified and dedicated staff provide a positive and safe learning environment in which children can develop their skills and grow in their awareness of God's love.  In addition to their classroom activities, the children enjoy:

  • Music class
  • Chapel
  • Learning Lab with Science and Computer activities
  • Creative Movement
  • Stay Day
The school is open from September through the third week in May. School hours are 9:00-12:00, Monday through Thursday.  Three-year-olds attend 3 days a week.  Parents of four-year-olds have the option of choosing a 3 or 4 day program.  Five-year-olds attend 4 days a week.
